Pioneer of digital printing at Indigo (acquired by HP in 2002), now at Landa, Benny continues his visionary pathway – pioneering futuristic nanotechnology applications in the fields of imaging, energy and health. His vision for the future also includes investment in promising Israeli technologies, and philanthropic activities that enable underprivileged youth to gain access to higher education. Benny has a portfolio of over 800 patents worldwide and is the printing industry's and Israel's most prolific inventor. Recipient of numerous honors and awards, including the imaging industry's prestigious Edwin H. Land medal, he has also been awarded numerous lifetime achievement awards and honorary doctorates.
With more than 20 years’ experience in the digital print industry, Yishai is a strategic thinker with a proven ability to drive innovation and execution. Before coming to Landa, Yishai held senior positions at Hewlett-Packard, most recently serving as Vice President and General Manager, Graphics Solutions Business at HP Americas. Previously he served as HP Vice President and General Manager, Indigo & Inkjet Solutions Business Americas, and Director, Worldwide Strategic Marketing, HP-Indigo. Yishai began his career in the digital print industry at Indigo, where he served in various positions including VP, Photo Business and Director, Product Marketing.
Koby brings to his role at Landa 32 years of experience in R&D and management in a variety of industries. He began his professional career developing flight test systems and space technology. Moving to the printing industry, first he joined Indigo where for eight years he developed color grinding and new digital printing systems, and then Creo as North American technical support manager for direct imaging in the printing circuit board field. In the dental industry, Koby served as worldwide service support manager for simulation and guidance systems for dental implantation surgery.
Elan comes to Landa with leadership experience in finance and investment, IT, marketing and organizational and operational planning. Most recently he served as the CFO of Objet Geometries, a manufacturer of 3D printing systems, where he led the company’s IPO preparation. Before Objet, he worked as the CFO at RADA Electronics and managed finances, raised capital and supervised their SOX compliance program. Previously Elan designed and executed business strategies as a senior management consultant at McKinsey, working with senior executives at large companies in telecommunications, insurance, asset management and more. Elan holds a BA in Economics from Tel Aviv University.
Nir has over 21 years of experience in product development, product management and product marketing. He began his career in the graphic arts industry as R&D engineer for computer-to-plate systems at Creo (now Kodak). At Kodak he managed the development of an innovative plate making system for packaging and branched out from R&D to global product marketing of packaging products. Nir holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering as well as an MBA from the Technion in Israel.
Ila has been involved in marketing since the start of her professional life. After advancing to management level at HP's Indigo division she served as VP Marketing at a cellular start-up. She later founded her own consultancy, where she and her team engaged in marketing activities including the creation, development and promotion of brands and the securing of partnerships in the fields of technology, the performing arts and filmmaking. Ila was recruited to Landa as VP Marketing based on her skills and notable achievements. She has a degree in Executive Business Administration.
Yehuda joins the Landa management team with 16 years of experience in the printing industry at leading companies including Kodak, Creo and Scitex. His roles ranged from Mechanical Designer and Project Manager to Global R&D Manager. Yehuda has extensive experience in leading multidisciplinary, multi-site R&D teams through large scale projects, and together with his broad knowledge of systems and technology, Yehuda has successfully driven and managed the complete development cycle, from vision through concept and production. Yehuda has a BSc in mechanical engineering from Tel Aviv University in Israel, and an MBA from Bradford University (UK).
Corporate VP and General Counsel
As Corporate VP and General Counsel, Dan is responsible for the Landa's legal and IP matters. He has extensive experience in complex merger and acquisition transactions, franchising, international transactions, corporate structuring, employee incentive plans and corporate financing. He has participated in numerous venture capital funding transactions, and serves as legal counsel for many start-up companies. He is a founding partner of Lapidot, Melchior, Abramovich & Co., a boutique law firm specializing in the fields of high tech companies, IP licensing, antitrust and environmental matters. Dan holds both LLB and LLM degrees from the University of Jerusalem.
VP Product Strategy
Gilad brings to Landa a combination of skills and experience spanning high-level technical and worldwide strategic-customer support, R&D and a proven track record in team leadership. In the course of his career of over 20 years at HP Indigo, he successfully managed innovative projects from design through system engineering, technology development, assimilation and strategic planning. He worked directly with strategic global customers to achieve rapid growth in customer activity and purchasing volumes, and introduced major systems into the marketplace resulting in increased annual sales of over $200M. Gilad heads up the product management team and vertical market activity.
VP Field Operations
With almost 20 years of experience in the printing industry, Kobi brings to his role skills that include international sales, professional services and consumables business management. His background includes extensive knowledge of direct and channel business models and broad geographical experience in Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America, as well as relationship management of major accounts, channel partners and third party business. Kobi has a successful track record at Indigo, Hewlett-Packard's Indigo Division and Scodix Europe. He holds a BSc. in Mechanical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
VP EMEA Sales
Marc has a successful track record for building sales organizations at digital print businesses. During the past eight years Marc has held a variety of senior management positions at HP, from President of Scitex Vision, Vice President and General Manager, HP Indigo and InkJet Press Solutions, EMEA, to his most recent role as EMEA VP of GTM - (go to market) Business Development Graphics, Marc held senior sales positions with Agfa, Esko, Xeikon and Xerox.
VP Human Resources
Shlomo came to Landa in 2015 from Cisco Video Technologies Ltd. (formerly NDS Technologies), where he headed HR for the past 18 years. Shlomo started with NDS when it had only 120 employees and managed HR through the company’s growth to 1250 employees. Prior to NDS, he held management positions in HR at leading companies such as Teva Pharmaceuticals and Osem Foods. Shlomo is experienced in helping Israeli high-tech companies grow to become successful global enterprises. Shlomo has a BA in Labor Studies and Political Science from Tel-Aviv University and an EMBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
VP & GM North America
Nachum comes to Landa with a very successful track record in the digital printing industry, both in North America and Europe. For the last twenty years, he has held a variety of senior management positions at Scitex, Nur Macroprinters and Hewlett-Packard. Nachum served with Nur Macroprinters Europe and then Nur Macroprinters Americas where he held the position of President for a period of eight years. He later joined HP, first as Director of Large Format Industrial Printers EMEA and then as Director of Labels and Packaging at HP Indigo EMEA.
