Love at first touch
Beautiful. Friendly.
The Landa Touchscreen is a spectacular intuitive graphic interface featured on all Landa Nanographic Printing™ Presses. Designed to facilitate troubleshooting, the Landa Touchscreen helps you maximize your press uptime.
The three meter long interactive display is highly intuitive and enables even an untrained operator to quickly become a master. This allows you to quickly ramp up your digital operation and begin leveraging added value services towards your bottom line.
The right hand section of the display is dedicated to job management
The operator can conveniently organize the job queue aided by built-in job management tools, which, for example, suggest the optimum job sequences for maximum press utilization. The timeline feature allows the operator to schedule the jobs into his or her shift.
The left side of the monitor displays all of the machine functions
The operator can see real-time status as well as live images of the vital press functions, such as sheet feeding, image transfer and sheet delivery displayed as live interactive graphics. Real-time cameras inside the press enable close up views of specific areas and their related operations.
A single operator, multiple press control – from anywhere
The high degree of automation allows a single operator to manage more than one press at a time. If the operator has to step away from the touch screen, the display switches to large “vital signs” mode, so it can be seen even from 40 meters away. When the operator is behind the press or when the screen is raised for maintenance, he can continue to monitor the press by means of a tablet PC.
More cool tools…
Landa also provides a full maintenance toolkit stored at the back of the press. It includes a wireless digital microscope – when the operator places it over the print sample, an enlarged image shows up on the screen. And, you can even save images and compare them when necessary. Cool!
